Read this article to learn more about the Activity Feed in the Activity tab.
When you go to the Activity
tab at the bottom of your HomeAware App you will see a feed view of people and devices that have entered and exited your home.
Activity
If you have created a profile for the person/devices entering the home it will present as that person's profile. It will include their photo or initials as their icon and a vertical line indicating how long they have been present in the home.
If there were any notifications or alerts, they will be displayed on the far-right column.
In the example on the right, the sensor briefly went offline between 4 and 5pm.

When a sensor goes offline, you will see a red box appear in your alerts column. When it comes back online, you will see a green box appear in your alerts column.
(The example on the right only seems to show the sensor coming back online, since the offline and online events occurred within 1 minute of each other, the icons are overlapping. The most “recent” event is on top)
When your sensor goes offline, it does not pick up any data, so any information about who is home/what alerts occur will not be recorded or visible.

Later in the day, an unassigned device was recognized on the network. This is identified with the blue mobile device icon.
