If you’re having trouble installing the latest version of HomeAware on your Android mobile phone, it could be that App Installation from “unknown sources” is restricted.

1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
2. Navigate to Settings > Apps
3. Tap the Menu icon. (upper-right)
4. Tap Special access from the list
5. Tap Install unknown apps
6. This should open a list of apps and their “unknown apps” settings. For HomeAware, we recommended that you select Allowed on your preferred email app, and your preferred browser.
