Sometimes a phone or device will appear that you want to ignore.

You can archive it to stop receiving unassigned phone and device prompts.

Step 1

From the home screen, tap Phones remain unassigned

Tap the device you’d like to edit

Select + to bring up the context menu

Select the Archive box icon at the bottom of the context menu

Tap Archive this phone

You can return to device list from home screen by selecting More, and then Devices.
