Your privacy and security are our top priorities. HomeAware uses advanced encryption and secure data practices to ensure your information stays protected. We never share your personal data without your consent.

We Protect Your Data

We take extensive security measures to protect your private data. Every touchpoint with your information is safeguarded against the rare event of a cyberattack. Here are the measures we take to ensure your data stays secure:

🔹 Data is encrypted in transit and at rest Whether we’re detecting a device for the first time or storing information in the cloud, it’s encrypted against security threats.

🔹 HomeAware sensors are encrypted If a burglar attempts to extract data from your sensor, the information is scrambled, rendering it unusable.

🔹 Each customer’s data is stored separately Every customer has a unique cloud ecosystem where their data is stored, adding an extra layer of security by isolating user data.

🔹 Tight and secure infrastructure design Our data ecosystem is built for efficiency and security, making it highly resistant to cyberattacks.

🔹 We don’t sell user data We respect customer privacy by not selling their information to third parties. We only use customer data to enhance our solution.

🔹 Vendors only use data as needed Our vendors are prohibited from using customer data for anything other than fulfilling the job they were contracted to perform.

Device Data Collected

The HomeAware sensor does NOT collect personal data from your family or visitors' devices. It only collects network and device metadata and identifiers to determine presence. HomeAware is more private than traditional security devices, such as cameras, because it does not listen, watch, or record personal activities.
