Once your Beta membership has been approved, within 48 business hours you’ll receive an email from TestFlight (for iOS) or Firebase (for Android) at the email address you provided when submitting a beta request. This email will contain instructions on how to download the app.

For iOS

Step 1

Download TestFlight from the App Store. (TestFlight is an app that hosts other Beta apps that are still in development.)

Step 2

Find and open the email sent to you from TestFlight on your mobile device.

Tap the the blue button that says, “View in TestFlight.

If you can't find this email, try these steps:

1. Use your inbox search bar to look for an email from TestFlight. In the subject line, you will see “Ubiety Technologies, Inc. has invited you to test HomeAware”
2. Check your email spam and promotions folders.
3. If you still can't find it, please let us know by calling (708) 457-7949 —we will resend the email.

Step 3

You should now see the HomeAware app within the TestFlight app. Tap the install button next to “HomeAware Mobile”.

Where’s my redeem code?

You do not need a redeem code to download the HomeAware app. If you see the following screen, you may have opened TestFlight directly without following the link from your email (Step 2). Please follow the instructions above.

Follow the instructions in your Firebase email to download and install the Firebase app from the Google Play Store. (Firebase is the staging area where Beta users can try out new apps while they are still in development.)
