Once you have identified your device’s MAC address, you can then search for it in the HomeAware app.

Step 1

Open your HomeAware app to the Home Page. Select the More tab at the bottom right-hand corner.

Step 2

Tap Devices from the menu.

Step 3

From here, type your device’s MAC address into the search bar.

Step 4

As you type the MAC address, you should see the list filter until eventually just the device associated with the MAC address is left. Tap that device.

Step 5

From the Device Details page, you can tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner.

Step 6

An options list should pop up and you can either assign this device to an existing profile or create a new profile for this device.
