If your sensor is showing as “offline”, it could be due to several factors. To troubleshoot, try the following:

🔹 Unplug the sensor, wait 1-2 minutes, then plug it back in. 🔹 You may be having issues with your home WiFi network. If so, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to troubleshoot. 🔹 If you’re still experiencing issues after trying the above steps, please submit a support request.
