Whether you want to add an unassigned phone to an existing profile or just archive it, read this article to learn more about handling unassigned phones in HomeAware.

1. On the home screen, tap the Phones remain unassigned button

1. Tap the phone you want to assign from the list.

1. Tap the**+** button on the lower right of the screen.

1. Select what you’d like to do with the device.
   1. Tap the person icon with + to add device to a new profile.
   2. Tap the person icon with check mark to add device to existing profile.
   3. tap the banker-box icon to archive the device and keep it from showing up as an unassigned device in the future.
