Navigation

1. From the home screen, tap More.
2. Tap Preferences under the account tab.
3. Tap Sensitivity Settings under Push Notifications.

Switching between All Alerts and Individual Alerts

You can adjust sensitivity and enable or disable all alert types at once, or you can individually adjust and enable only the alert types you want.

Adjusting All Alerts

Slide toggle underneath Individual Alerts to the right position to adjust all alerts at once.

Individual Alerts adjustments will be disabled and grayed out.

Adjusting Individual Alerts

Slide the toggle to the left to adjust alerts one at a time. types.

All Alerts adjusting will be disabled and grayed out.

Sensitivity Settings

Less Sensitive

Use this setting if you only want alerts for strong signal activity. This setting will not alert on activity at the edge of the sensor range.

Example: You receive an alert every time a neighbor walks their dog down the sidewalk in front of your home.

Normal

Use this setting if you are happy with the level and frequency of alerts you are receiving

More sensitive

Use this setting if you want to receive more alerts for activity. This setting catches signal activity at the edge of your sensor range.

Enabling and disabling alerts

When the small toggle in All Alerts, or in each individual alert is in the right position, you will continue to receive push notifications at whatever sensitivity level you select.

When small toggle is in the left position and grayed out, All Alerts, or whichever individual alerts are selected will be completely disabled.
