Run into an issue while using Homeware? The steps below will walk you through the process of reporting an issue found within the HomeAware app.

Instructions

Step 1 Log into your HomeAware app and go to the *More* tab, were you will see additional settings and information about your account.

Step 2 Tap on Report Issue.

Step 3

From this screen, you will choose from the list of options that best fits the description of the issue you are experiencing.

You can also submit a feature request from this screen.
**If you are having a Device Detection issue, we recommend you provide your router manufacturer and model number.

Step 4

Once completed tap the *Send Feedback* button to submit your request. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your request has been submitted.

<aside> ℹ️ You can access your submitted support tickets through the HomeAware Support Portal. Just click ‘Requests’ in the upper right-hand corner.
