This guide will show you how to submit a request, report a bug, or share feedback with the HomeAware team.
Step 1
Log into your HomeAware app.
Navigate to the More
tab, where you'll find additional settings and important account details.
Step 2
Tap on Report Issue
and follow the steps.
Step 3
From this screen, select the option that best describes the issue you’re experiencing.
You can also submit a feature request directly from this menu.
💡 Tip: If you're experiencing a Device Detection
issue, we recommend including your router manufacturer and model number to help our team troubleshoot more effectively.
Step 4
Once you've completed your request, tap the Send Feedback
button to submit it.
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after your submission. 📩
