This article will walk you through the process of submitting a request, identifying a bug, or giving feedback to HomeAware.
Step 1
Log into your HomeAware app.
Step 2
Go to the More
tab. Here, you will see additional settings and information about your account.
Tap on Contact Support
and follow the steps.
Step 3
From this screen, you will choose from the list of options that best fits the description of the issue you are experiencing.
You can also submit a feature request from this screen.
**If you are having a Device Detection
issue, we recommend you provide your router manufacturer and model number.
Step 4
Once completed tap the Send Feedback
button to submit your request. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your request has been submitted.
